Les rayons ultraviolets permettent de fa\u00e7onner l\u2019objet \u00e0 produire, en le solidifiant progressivement par couches successives. D\u00e8s qu\u2019une couche est achev\u00e9e, elle est hiss\u00e9e hors du bac avant de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-taille-d-ouvrage\"><strong>Taille d\u2019ouvrage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La taille d\u2019ouvrage maximale r\u00e9alisable par Xomery en SLA est de 480 x 480 x 560 mm. La taille minimale des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019architecture est de 0,1 mm. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 peut satisfaire \u00e0 des tol\u00e9rances de l\u2019ordre \u00b10,2% (min. 0,2 mm).m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-epaisseur-des-parois\"><strong>\u00c9paisseur des parois<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas des parois d\u00e9pourvues de support, leur \u00e9paisseur ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,6 mm. Si les parois sont support\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, les probabilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9formation m\u00e9canique sont moindres. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les outils de fa\u00e7onnage d\u00e9tectent automatiquement les positions propices \u00e0 l\u2019ajout de telles structures dans un mod\u00e8le et les ajoute alors. Par cons\u00e9quent, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments surplombants n\u2019est pas habituellement source de probl\u00e8mes. Cependant, si la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments surplombants sans supports ne doivent pas exc\u00e9der 1 mm de long, pour un angle minimal de 19\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trous\"><strong>Trous<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin d\u2019assurer que les trous ne se referment pas d\u2019eux-m\u00eames au cours du processus d\u2019impression, il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9voir un diam\u00e8tre minimum de 0,75 mm.
