Afin de pouvoir tirer parti pleinement du potentiel de cette technologie, vos mod\u00e8les 3D devront \u00eatre con\u00e7us selon les recommandations officielles de Hewlett Packard, dont un bref aper\u00e7u vous est donn\u00e9 ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-taille-d-ouvrage\"><strong>Taille d\u2019ouvrage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le volume d\u2019impression maximum est de 380 mm x 284 mm x 380 mm. Toutefois, il est recommand\u00e9 de ne pas aller au-del\u00e0 de 356 mm x 280 mm x 356 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est possible d\u2019imprimer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de tr\u00e8s petite taille avec la technologie MJF,&nbsp; dans certaines limites. Afin d\u2019assurer leur visibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019emp\u00eacher qu\u2019ils ne se d\u00e9gradent en post-usinage, tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment de ce genre inclus dans une pi\u00e8ce imprim\u00e9e devra avoir une profondeur ou une hauteur minimale de 1 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en relief, la meilleure r\u00e9solution est obtenue selon l\u2019orientation \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019envers&nbsp;\u00bb. Ces valeurs sont obtenues apr\u00e8s sablage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pieces-solides-et-renforts-structurels\"><strong>Pi\u00e8ces solides et renforts structurels<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie MJF, il est possible d\u2019imprimer des structures de dimensions r\u00e9duites en treillis, ou des formes de conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative topologiquement optimis\u00e9es. Pour les cantilevers dont la largeur n\u2019exc\u00e8de pas 1 mm, le rapport d\u2019aspect doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9paisseur minimale pour les parois de hauteur r\u00e9duite est de 0,3 mm dans les plans X et Y et de 0,4 mm dans le plan Z. Les pi\u00e8ces destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es entre elles, si elles sont imprim\u00e9es ensemble, devront avoir un espacement minimum de 0,7 mm afin d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019elles ne fusionnent en une seule pi\u00e8ce. Pour de telles pi\u00e8ces, il faudra pr\u00e9voir au moins deux trous d\u2019\u00e9chappement qui permettront de retirer la mati\u00e8re r\u00e9siduelle apr\u00e8s impression. Le diam\u00e8tre recommand\u00e9 pour ces trous est de 2 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ligne-de-collage\"><strong>Ligne de collage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pi\u00e8ces qui sont trop grandes pour \u00eatre imprim\u00e9es d\u2019un seul tenant, pourront \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9es en plusieurs parties que l\u2019on imprimera s\u00e9par\u00e9ment avant de les assembler par collage. Si c\u2019est l\u00e0 votre intention, il est recommand\u00e9 de pr\u00e9voir, le long des ar\u00eates destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre coll\u00e9es ensemble, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments permettant de les imbriquer, ce qui permettra d\u2019assurer une bonne adh\u00e9sion. Un espacement suppl\u00e9mentaire de 0,1 mm \u00e0 0,2 mm sera n\u00e9cessaire pour la colle, en plus de l\u2019espacement minimum pour les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 assembler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conduits\"><strong>Conduits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand il s\u2019agit d\u2019imprimer des conduits ou des tuyaux, pensez \u00e0 les faire traverser par une ficelle. Pour \u00e9viter que cela ne se produise dans le cas des surfaces incurv\u00e9es ou en pente, il faudra s\u2019attacher \u00e0 positionner ces surfaces selon des angles inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 certaines valeurs (en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la pi\u00e8ce).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Pr\u00e9cision<\/strong>. <\/strong>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9clamant une grande pr\u00e9cision doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s dans le plan XY. En effet, c\u2019est dans ce plan que la pr\u00e9cision est la meilleure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>D\u00e9formations<\/strong>. <\/strong>Afin de minimiser les d\u00e9formations potentielles, les grandes surfaces planes doivent align\u00e9es \u00e0 plat avec le plan \u00e0 l\u2019horizontal. De telles surfaces doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es le plus bas possible dans la chambre de construction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Grain<\/strong>. <\/strong>Les surfaces incurv\u00e9es, qui n\u00e9cessitent un grain particuli\u00e8rement lisse, devront \u00eatre positionn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019envers. Les surfaces abruptes, elles, devront \u00eatre positionn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019endroit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Charge<\/strong>. <\/strong>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments comme les broches ou les agrafes, qui ont besoin de supporter une certaine charge, devront, dans la mesure du possible, \u00eatre con\u00e7us \u00e0 l\u2019horizontal.
