d\u00e9former.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous recommandons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que le plus petit rayon de courbure soit au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, il existe \u00e9galement divers tableaux de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui indiquent les rayons de courbure minimaux pour<strong> <\/strong>diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux et diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs de pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garder le rayon de courbure uniforme rend la pi\u00e8ce rentable, car cela permet d\u2019utiliser le m\u00eame outil pour le pliage de la t\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garder les plis au m\u00eame niveau et dans une seule direction aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser du temps et de l&rsquo;argent, en \u00e9vitant une r\u00e9orientation des pi\u00e8ces, en particulier pour les pi\u00e8ces avec un pliage Un probl\u00e8me courant avec des plis successifs est la difficult\u00e9 de monter les pi\u00e8ces pli\u00e9es sur le plan de travail. Placez-les \u00e0 au moins 4 fois l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 partir des bords du pli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, l&rsquo;extrusion de trous ou de fentes est l&rsquo;une des applications de pression les plus extr\u00eames et cr\u00e9e beaucoup de friction et de chaleur. Pour \u00e9viter une d\u00e9formation ou une d\u00e9chirure du m\u00e9tal, placez les trous extrud\u00e9s \u00e0 une distance d&rsquo;au moins 3 fois l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la feuille \u00e0 partir
