El plegado se realiza sujetando la pieza en posici\u00f3n mediante abrazaderas o matrices y aplicando fuerza estrat\u00e9gicamente sobre una zona de la pieza. La fuerza aplicada debe superar el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico del material para provocar la deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica de la pieza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este proceso da lugar a una forma en V, en U o en canal sobre un eje, creando una nueva geometr\u00eda de la pieza. deformen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normalmente recomendamos que el radio de curvatura m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o sea al menos igual al grosor de la chapa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n existen varias tablas de referencia que muestran los radios de curvatura m\u00ednimos para distintos materiales y espesores de pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantener el radio de curvatura constante hace que la pieza sea rentable, ya que se puede utilizar la misma herramienta para curvarla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantener los doblados en el mismo plano en una direcci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ayuda a ahorrar tiempo y dinero al evitar la reorientaci\u00f3n Un problema habitual de los doblados sucesivos es la dificultad de encajar las piezas dobladas en la matriz. Agujeros y ranuras: la holgura correcta<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los agujeros y las ranuras pueden deformarse si est\u00e1n demasiado cerca de una curva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recomendamos colocar los agujeros a una distancia de al menos 2,5 veces el grosor del material desde los bordes de la curva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las ranuras requieren m\u00e1s espacio. Col\u00f3quelas al menos a 4 veces el grosor del material desde los bordes de la curva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la extrusi\u00f3n de agujeros o ranuras es una de las aplicaciones de presi\u00f3n m\u00e1s extrema, la cual crea mucha fricci\u00f3n y calor. Dobladillos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los dobladillos de chapa suelen utilizarse para reforzar los bordes y hacer m\u00e1s seguros los cantos afilados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se recomiendan los dobladillos cerrados si se van a pintar o la pieza es de acero inoxidable o aluminio. Su longitud de reborde desde el exterior de la curva debe ser igual o superior a cuatro veces el grosor de la pieza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misma relaci\u00f3n entre la longitud de la pesta\u00f1a y el grosor de la chapa se aplica a los dobladillos abiertos y en forma de l\u00e1grima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para dobladillos abiertos, el di\u00e1metro interior debe ser al menos del mismo tama\u00f1o que el grosor de la chapa. Perder\u00e1 redondez cuando el di\u00e1metro interior sea mayor que el grosor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para dobladillos de l\u00e1grima, el di\u00e1metro tambi\u00e9n debe ser igual al grosor de la chapa.
