Before a product reaches the market, it must pass stringent tests from certified laboratories and comply with industry standards, such as EN 795:2012, CEN\/TS 16415:2013, and EN353-1:2014+A1:2017.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"a-strategic-partnership-with-xometry\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Strategic Partnership with Xometry<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key turning point for Genesi was its partnership with Xometry. &#8220;We discovered Xometry through an online search, and it quickly proved to be the ideal partner for manufacturing our 3D-printed and CNC-machined components,&#8221; Enzo Cortinovis explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Xometry played a crucial role in the production of several safety-critical components, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobile Anchor Point XC10A<\/strong> \u2013 Designed for use with AluxCrab rigid anchor lines, this device meets EN 795:2012 and CEN\/TS 16415:2013 standards. Xometry manufactured the outer casing from AISI316 stainless steel using <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.uk\/cnc-machining\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNC machining<\/a>, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guided-Type Fall Arrest Device V-XC10A<\/strong> \u2013 Compatible with AluxCrab V and LadderCrab, this system complies with EN353-1:2014+A1:2017. Xometry produced its outer casing from anodised aluminum, ensuring an optimal balance of strength and lightweight performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AluxCrab V Fall Arrest System<\/strong> \u2013 A high-performance anchoring system meeting EN353-1:2014+A1:2017 standards. Xometry manufactured the internal aluminum profile using <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.uk\/laser-cutting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">precision laser cutting<\/a>, improving the system\u2019s locking mechanism and overall performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LadderCrab I with Reclosable Rungs<\/strong> \u2013 This solution enhances vertical rail climbing safety and meets EN353-1:2014+A1:2017 and EN14122-4:2016 standards. Xometry fabricated the stainless steel rungs through cutting, welding, and shot peening, ensuring maximum strength and operator safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n    <section
