Daher ist ein Verst\u00e4ndnis der Toleranzen im <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/3d-druck\/\">3D-Druck<\/a> sowohl f\u00fcr Prototypen als auch f\u00fcr funktionsf\u00e4hige Teile notwendig, um eine optimale Genauigkeit zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-versteht-man-unter-toleranzen-im-3d-druck\"><strong>Was versteht man unter Toleranzen im 3D-Druck?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unter Toleranz versteht man im Allgemeinen die Abweichung der Abmessungen eines Bauteils von den Angaben in der technischen Zeichnung bzw. CAD-Modell. Die Toleranz ist also die Abweichung von einem Normma\u00df, die f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe noch erlaubt ist. Diese Materialien schrumpfen unterschiedlich stark. Beim 3D-Druck schrumpfen Polymere grunds\u00e4tzlich w\u00e4hrend sie abk\u00fchlen und erstarren. Der Grad der Schrumpfung h\u00e4ngt von dem jeweils eingesetzten Material ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Schrumpfung kann au\u00dferdem zu M\u00e4ngeln wie Verziehen und Verformung f\u00fchren und die Geometrie des Teils beeinflussen. Dies tritt unter Anderem aufgrund schneller Temperatur\u00e4nderungen auf. Verschiedene Materialien verhalten sich bei gleichen Druckereinstellungen unterschiedlich und k\u00f6nnen bei ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Abk\u00fchlung zu Abweichungen f\u00fchren. Minderwertige Kunststoffe und nicht kalibrierte Drucker k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls zu ungenauen Abmessungen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schichtdicke\"><strong>Schichtdicke<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Schichtdicke, teilweise auch als Aufl\u00f6sung bezeichnet, bestimmt die Ma\u00dfgenauigkeit des Teils in Z-Richtung. Dessen Auswirkung wird meist bei <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/fused-deposition-modeling\/\">FDM<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/polyjet-3d-druck\/\">Polyjet<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/stereolithographie\/\">SLA<\/a> deutlich, wo das Teil auf einem Druckbett haftet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Erhitzen und Aush\u00e4rten kann zu Verformungen f\u00fchren. H\u00e4ufig wird die erste Schicht eines Drucks mit einer Extrusionsgeschwindigkeit von \u00fcber 100% aufgetragen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Teil auf dem Druckbett haftet. Dies kann zu einer dickeren ersten Schicht und damit zu gr\u00f6\u00dferen Abmessungen f\u00fchren als urspr\u00fcnglich gew\u00fcnscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcnstige Desktop-3D-Drucker sind au\u00dferdem h\u00e4ufig inkonsistent bez\u00fcglich der H\u00f6he der gedruckten Schichten und sind daher nicht in der Lage, enge Toleranzen einzuhalten. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die Standardaufl\u00f6sung bei Fertigungsverfahren wie <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/selektives-lasersintern\/\">SLS<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/direktes-metall-lasersintern\/\">DMLS<\/a> bereits f\u00fcr die meisten Anwendungen ausreichend oder die Schichth\u00f6he ist bereits von den Herstellern der Drucker voreingestellt. Qualitativ hochwertige Materialien sind h\u00e4ufig erforderlich, da das Verhalten g\u00fcnstiger Materialien z.B. bez\u00fcglich ihrer Schrumpfung h\u00e4ufig nicht vorhersehbar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein weiterer wichtiger Faktor ist der Treppenstufeneffekt. Da die Teile mit einem 3D-Drucker schichtweise aufgebaut werden, k\u00f6nnen Kugel- bzw. Kreisformen nicht so genau und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig hergestellt werden wie mit traditionellen Fertigungsverfahren. Beim 3D-Druck entstehen dann h\u00e4ufig treppenartige Stufen (siehe Skizze). Die minimale Strukturgr\u00f6\u00dfe in X-Y-Ebene wird durch den D\u00fcsendurchmesser bestimmt. Die Aufl\u00f6sung in Z-Richtung wird durch die Schichtdicke festgelegt. Der D\u00fcsendurchmesser beeinflusst die allgemeine Detailaufl\u00f6sung nahezu ausschlie\u00dflich in der horizontalen Ebene (parallel zur Druckfl\u00e4che).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So kann zum Beispiel mit einer kleineren D\u00fcse ein detaillierterer Text gedruckt werden, vorausgesetzt dieser befindet sich auf der Oberseite des Teils. Im Gegensatz dazu beeinflusst die Schichth\u00f6he die Aufl\u00f6sung in vertikaler Richtung und die Aufl\u00f6sung schr\u00e4ger Fl\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei anderen Fertigungsverfahren wie <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/hp-multi-jet-fusion\/\">MJF<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/selektives-lasersintern\/\">SLS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/direktes-metall-lasersintern\/\">DMLS<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/stereolithographie\/\">SLA<\/a> h\u00e4ngt die minimale Strukturgr\u00f6\u00dfe sowohl vom eingesetzten Material als auch dem Durchmesser des Laserstrahls ab. Bei Fertigungsverfahren, die pulverf\u00f6rmiges Ausgangsmaterial einsetzen, kann \u00fcbriges Pulver wiederverwendet werden. Nach mehreren Eins\u00e4tzen verliert das Pulver jedoch seine kugelf\u00f6rmige Struktur. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer das Teil ist, desto mehr Zeit wird f\u00fcr die Abk\u00fchlung und Aush\u00e4rtung ben\u00f6tigt. W\u00e4hrend dieses Vorgangs kommt es zu Schrumpfung und bei ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Abk\u00fchlung auch zu Verformung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigen gro\u00dfe Teile h\u00e4ufig mehr St\u00fctzstrukturen (abh\u00e4ngig von Modell und Verfahren). Diese kann die Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toleranzen-der-3d-druckverfahren\"><strong>Toleranzen der 3D-Druckverfahren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die verschiedenen 3D-Druckverfahren besitzen verschiedene, prozessabh\u00e4ngige Toleranzen. Diese Toleranzen werden durch den jeweiligen Fertigungsprozess, bewegliche Teile, eingesetzte Werkstoffe und dem jeweiligen Modell beeinflusst. Um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen empfiehlt sich die Einhaltung der Konstruktionsrichtlinien des jeweiligen Fertigungsverfahrens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hp-multi-jet-fusion\"><strong>HP Multi Jet Fusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend des <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/hp-multi-jet-fusion\/\">MJF-Verfahrens<\/a> kommt es aufgrund des UV-Lasers zu Hitzeentwicklung, die bei Teilen mit hohen Wandst\u00e4rken, bei gro\u00dfen und breiten Teilen und bei Teilen mit ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Wandst\u00e4rke durch thermisch bedingte Schrumpfung und Spannungen zu Abweichungen f\u00fchren kann. Dies kann sich letztlich in Verziehen oder Verformung niederschlagen. Bei DMLS werden bei kritischen Oberfl\u00e4chen manchmal 1-2 mm zus\u00e4tzlich eingeplant, damit sie nach dem Druck entsprechend maschinell abgetragen werden k\u00f6nnen.
