In diesem Verfahren wird ultraviolettes Licht in einen mit Harz gef\u00fcllten Beh\u00e4lter fokussiert. Das ultraviolette Licht strahlt in der Form des zu druckenden Bauteils auf das Harz und verfestigt dieses Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht. Jedes Mal, wenn eine Schicht hergestellt wurde, wird sie aus dem Beh\u00e4lter nach oben gehoben und der Vorgang wiederholt sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grossenbeschrankungen\"><strong>Gr\u00f6\u00dfenbeschr\u00e4nkungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die maximalen Ma\u00dfe f\u00fcr SLA betragen 480 x 480 x 560 mm bei einer Merkmalgr\u00f6\u00dfe von mindestens 0,1 mm. Die erreichbare Toleranz betr\u00e4gt \u00b10,2% (min. 0,2 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wanddicke\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wanddicke<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die empfohlene Mindestwanddicke f\u00fcr W\u00e4nde ohne Support betr\u00e4gt 0,6 mm. Normalerweise erkennen Slicing-Tools die Stellen im Modell, die gest\u00fctzt werden m\u00fcssen, und f\u00fcgen entsprechende St\u00fctzstrukturen hinzu. Daher sind \u00dcberh\u00e4nge normalerweise kein Problem. Wenn jedoch ohne diese St\u00fctzstrukturen gedruckt werden muss, sollten \u00dcberh\u00e4nge ohne Support nicht l\u00e4nger als 1 mm sein und mindestens in einem Winkel von 19\u00b0 ausgerichtet sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-holes\"><strong>L\u00f6cher<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um sicherzustellen, dass L\u00f6cher w\u00e4hrend des Drucks nicht verschlossen werden, sollten Sie mit einem Mindestdurchmesser von 0,75 mm konstruiert werden. Bei der Konstruktion m\u00fcssen jedoch ausreichende Aussparungen zwischen den Gegenst\u00fccken ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, um ein Verschmelzen der Einzelteile zu einem einzigen Festk\u00f6rper zu verhindern.
